Once you place an order, the store prepares it and a delivery partner brings it to your door. You can track your order in the app and see an estimated arrival time.

Vendors use the vendor app to add products, update stock and prices, accept incoming orders and view sales insights, all from one dashboard.

We accept major debit and credit cards, and other supported digital payment options shown at checkout.

If a store can't fulfil an item, you'll be notified straight away and can choose a replacement, or remove the item and only pay for what you receive.

If something is missing, damaged or not as described, report it in the app within the refund window. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
